Buying a property in the Costa Vicentina, registering a holiday rental (Alojamento Local), or connecting a new build to the grid? Portuguese law requires a certified electrical installation (CERTIEL). We do the technical work, bring the installation up to standard where needed, prepare the documentation, schedule the inspection and deliver the certificate.
